Ordering & Payment

Q:What is your minimum order quantity?

A:Minimum order quantity depends on each product type, specifications, and your special requirements. For equipment, standard packaging materials, and standard room-temperature food ingredients, our MOQ is usually low - single item orders welcome, perfect for startups. For food ingredients and packaging materials involving label language adjustments or custom OEM services, MOQ depends on specific product requirements, production process, and packaging specifications, typically ranging from 80-200 cases. For food ingredients with special storage/transport requirements (such as whipped cream), MOQ may be as high as one full container. Please consult our sales team for details.

Q:What payment methods do you accept?

A:We support various international payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Letter of Credit, to ensure convenient and secure transactions.

Q:Do I need to pay in full upfront?

A:Whether full payment is required depends on whether your purchased products need customization services. For standard in-stock products, you need to pay in full, and we will arrange ordering and shipping immediately after contract signing and receiving 100% payment. For products involving customization services, you typically need to pay 60% deposit upon confirming customization requirements and signing the contract. We will arrange production after receiving the deposit. After production is completed, we will conduct remote product inspection with you. You need to pay the remaining 40% after inspection, and we will arrange shipping after receiving full payment.

Shipping & Logistics

Q:Which countries do you ship to? How long does shipping take?

A:We serve global customers with major markets including North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa. We accept FOB or CIF terms, either coordinating with your designated logistics or arranging logistics and customs clearance for you. Sea freight: Usually takes 20-40 days (depending on ports). Land freight: Usually takes 7-15 days (depending on distance). Express/Air freight: Samples or urgent orders usually delivered within 3-7 working days. We will recommend the optimal logistics solution based on your time and cost requirements.

Q:Do you provide samples?

A:Yes, we provide food ingredient and packaging material samples, which usually only require shipping costs. If you need normally packaged products or equipment as samples, since the value is higher, sample fees and shipping costs may apply, but sample fees can be deducted from your formal order payment.

OEM/ODM Services

Q:Can you provide menu development or recipe support?

A:Absolutely. We have a professional beverage R&D team that can provide you with seasonal "best-selling" beverage recipes (including sweetness levels, ratios, and operating steps), and assist you in training your staff on how to make them.

Q:Can I customize cups and packaging with my own logo?

A:Yes, we provide OEM services and can customize logos and designs for paper cups, paper bags, straws, etc. Please provide your design artwork and we will create a mockup preview for your confirmation.

Q:Can you provide bar or kitchen design?

A:Absolutely. Our design team will recommend suitable equipment based on your menu, and create a floor layout design for your bar/kitchen based on your space (CAD drawings required from you), ensuring efficient space usage and logical workflow. Please note that regulations vary by country/region, and you should confirm compliance with local authorities or FDA before construction.

After-sales Services

Q:Do you offer warranty on equipment? What if it breaks?

A:Our equipment typically comes with 1-year warranty on core components. We include spare parts for wearing components with the equipment and provide video-guided repair instructions. For complex issues, we offer video call support for troubleshooting.
